期刊挑选

Aiming at the traditional Hybrid A* algorithm's problems of large search space, unstable computational efficiency, and easy proximity of generated paths to obstacles in complex environments, this paper proposes a GCHybridA* algorithm combining a forward guidance strategy and a safe corridor strategy. First, initial paths away from obstacles are generated and smoothed by constructing a Venn diagram, followed by extracting the key guidance points by a two-stage selection method, which provides a staged goal for path search, thus reducing the invalid node expansion. Second, a safe corridor strategy is designed to limit the search scope to the dynamically adjusted corridor area to guarantee the safety of the path, and the search efficiency and path quality are balanced by the adaptive step length mechanism. The experimental results show that in four typical scenarios, namely, around obstacles, around obstacles, continuous U-turns and complex terrain, the paths generated by the GCHybridA* algorithm are free of collision risk, and the node extensions are excellent and stable, which provides an innovative solution for efficient and safe path planning for self-driving vehicles.
