My boss taught me how to lead a team

• Let's well train everybody in the team so they understand the basic works well, know customer requirement well.
• To give works to everybody if they don't have chance to do that before.
• As long as everyone in the team is strong, then we can aim higher.
• Just learn more and make your team member feel really comfortable to work with you together.
• Once you feel you are a great leader, no matter you are better on technical or not, they will respect you and listen to what you say.
• On management, we should use less force, more pursade to team member.
• Everybody want to do their job right, try hard, as a team lead, your job is to how to well serve others, how to make them feel exciting/comfortable when they work for you.
• The more good people you can use, the more success you will be.
• Just remember one: If I was in their shoes, should I do the same to them? Everytime you think of this, you will find a way easily how to treat others. The way you don't like, they may don't like. The way you like, they will like. Assume you were at their position, then you will understand better how to well lead your team.
