【评测】小鼠肝细胞系（GHA1、AML12、BNL CL.2）培养实验操作步骤

培养方法

以AML12为例，该细胞组织来源为3月龄的雄性小鼠肝脏，培养方案小鼠肝实质细胞AML12完全培养液配方（100 mL）：

DMEM/F-12（1:1） (Invitrogen, 11330-032) 89 ml

ITS Liquid Media Supplement (Sigma, I3146) 1 ml

Dexamethasone 40 ng/ml

FBS (Gibco) 10 ml

参考传代周期：每2-3天传一次代

参考传代比例：1:4-1:6

参考换液频率：每周2-3次

冻存液：完全培养液95%，DMSO 5%

细胞状态：贴壁生长

气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。温度：37摄氏度。
