在MMYOLO中将StarNet替换成yolov5的主干网络

1. 在上文提到的仓库中下载imagenet/starnet.py

2. 修改starnet.py中的forward函数,并且添加out_dices参数使其能够输出不同stage的特征向量

3. 将class StarNet注册并且在__init__()函数中进行修改

4. 修改配置文件,主要是调整YOLOv5 neck和head的输入输出通道数
