Dialog 1:

A: Could you give me some information on your European tours?
B: We have several package tours you may choose, from ten days to four weeks in Europe.
A: I’d be interested in a three-week trip.
B: One moment please, and I’ll check what’s available. We have one three-week European tour that is still available. It will depart from Ottawa next Wednesday.
A: What’s the cost?
B: The price for one person for a three-week tour is $2500, which includes round-trip airfare.
A: Sounds good. Let me think it over.

B: By the way, which would you prefer, a smoking seat or a non-smoking seat?
A: I’d like a non-smoking seat. And what time should I check in?
B: Please get to the airport before 2:20

B: We have a midweek special. It’s 40 dollars a day
A: Is there a mileage limit?
B: Yes, $40 dollars a day plus 15 cents per mile, plus gas.
A: Does the charge covers the insurance?
B: No. It costs 6 dollars extra for collision insurance.
