Mastering Stylish Presentations: A Comprehensive Guide
1. Font Styles
After getting a rough visual impression, you can start adjusting the look of fonts and bulleted lists. Begin with the Title Area, select all the content, and use the Formatting toolbar to define the font, spacing, and formatting. There are options for size, font, alignment, and paragraph spacing, allowing for precise customization.
It’s advisable to stick to core fonts like Arial, Times New Roman, Impact, and Verdana. This is because when outputting files to the Web or PowerPoint, you can’t be sure that esoteric fonts will be available on the presentation machine. You can also color the text, but ensure high contrast with the background for visibility.
