anaconda环境中用pip离线安装pytorch:先下载后安装,这样安装比较快。

先cd到下载好的torch安装文件所在的文件夹,然后执行以下命令。

# 执行完命令后等待一会自动安装好
# 然后安装torchvision工具
pip install torchvision
