安装使用PPOCRLabel工具

1. 首先下载上述的代码库，然后以此执行如下：

3. pip install paddlepaddle==2.4.2 -i Simple Index

4. pip install PPOCRLabel -i Simple Index

5. pip install numpy==1.22

6.进入到PPOCRLabel-main执行如下：

python PPOCRLabel.py --lang ch --kie True
