1. rar problem
I want to extract my rar file on Ubuntu system.
So I need to install this software first:
>sudo apt-get install rar
>sudo ln -fs /usr/bin/rar /usr/bin/unrar

2. mess code problem
First, you need to open the gconf-editor with command
>gconf-editor

Find the path:
[apps] -----> [gedit-2] -----> [Preferences] ---> [Encodings] -----> [auto-detected]

add these string:
GB18030
GBK
GB2312

Then click [Up] button to move them to the top level.

It is done. We can open the txt file from WINDOWS7 system now. There is not any mess code.
