windows安装docker之后启动报错

报错信息

You can manually update using wsl --update. If the issue persists,
collect diagnostics and submit an issue ⁠. wsl update failed: update
failed: updating wsl: exit code: 1: running WSL command wsl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wsl.exe --update --web-download: : exit status 1

根据报错信息，执行wsl --update报错。exit code：1错误码1。
管理员打开CMD测试。

C:\Windows\System32>wsl.exe --update
已禁止(403)。

C:\Windows\System32>wsl --install
已禁止(403)。

C:\Windows\System32>netsh winhttp set proxy 127.0.0.1:7890

C:\Windows\System32>set http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890

C:\Windows\System32>set https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890

cmd更新因为网络问题一直报403错误。设置代理后（打开代理哈），更新成功。
