背景
由于课题需要,现构建三层石墨模型(首先需要查阅文献,了解多层石墨的层数和排布方式及层间距。这里已知:常用3~5层,需要ABA的结构排布,层间距3.35~3.4A),构建过程粗略记录如下:
步骤
构建矩形单层石墨烯
1. 导入石墨烯结构:双击打开MS-创建新项目-右键项目名:
Import -> Structures -> ceramics -> graphite.msi
2. 降低对称性,删掉一层C原子层:
Build -> Symmetry -> Make P1

3. 切面:
Build -> Surfaces -> Cleave Surface
Surface Box - Cleave plane: 001
Surface Mesh - Surface vectors - U: 210
4. 改变显示模式:
右键 -> Display Style -> 球棍模型
5. 建立超胞:
Build -> Symmetry -> Supercell
Supercell range A=7, B=12 (363 C atoms)
6. 构建真空层,消除垂直方向的相互作用:
Build -> Crystals -> Build Vacuum Slab
Vacuum orientation: C
Vacuum thickness: 20 Å
