题目描述:
We define the Perfect Number is a positive integer that is equal to the sum of all its positive divisors except itself.
Now, given an integer n, write a function that returns true when it is a perfect number and false when it is not.
Example:
Input: 28
Output: True
Explanation: 28 = 1 + 2 + 4 + 7 + 14
Note: The input number n will not exceed 100,000,000. (1e8)
一个完美数的定义是它的除自身之外的所有因数之和等于它本身,判断一个数是否为完美数。由于发现了一个因数,另外一个因数也已知,所以可以把时间复杂度降为O(sqrt(n)),但是对于完全平方数就要增加判断,不能重复计算因数。
