pip3 install 遇到 “externally-managed-environment”

执行pip3 install --user pyperf==2.6.3 psutil==5.9.5 packaging==23.1

遇到错误

解决方法：

去掉该提示，直接运行

sudo mv /usr/lib/python3.12/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED /usr/lib/python3.12/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED.bak

再次运行。成功
