Trouble 

Everyday, I am always troubled by why I improve so slowly and I have determined many times to change this situation. However, I failed. And I think there are some reasons for this.

I have no plan and I do things randomly.

Sometimes I have plan, however I find it really hard to implement.

I nearly have no self-awareness and I always ascribe the factors of success to many other things, but not my own idea.

I find it really hard for me to control my life.

Solutions

I should try to make decisions and make plans by my own thoughts.
