I find it really hard for me to implement these regulation for the following reasons. Firstly, I had no passion to do these things and it's not really eager for me to do these things. Secondly, I was always disturbed by other things and I could not focus on these things. Lastly, some bad feelings always eroded me and I felt frustrating sometimes and at this time and I just did not want to do anything.
These are the possible solutions to solve these problems. On one hand, I should evoke my self-awareness and always tell myself to live in the moment and I should always face what happens everyday directly. On the other hand, I should make my system better to improve my working efficiency.
Today I hope to make a big difference to make me feel confident and energetic.
