经常使用OpenAI的API的童鞋！一定要注意该文！

其实在之前的文章中，我们也有提到 OpenAI服务仅提供部分国家使用。目前国内使用该服务必须借助代理。

之前OpenAI API 国内也能正常访问。但是前几天不知什么原因国内访问无法正常访问API，不少童鞋采用了反代或境外服务器部署的方式使用。

结果最近又出事了！
