直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器设计

节能和效率是工业经济发展的主题,电机在各行各业都是主要的动力来源, 直流电机以其控制简单,效率高,功率密度大等优势脱颖而出。基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器应用广泛,比如电子设备、电机控制、工业等行业,都会运用到基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器系统或工具。更高效率和更高精度的直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器一直是研究的热点。在我们日常生活中,基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器随处可见,因为其相比其他的控制方式而言,运行稳定且控制精度较高等优势,最重要的是基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器在改善网侧电流和四象限运动等方面具有很好的优势。随着自动控制技术和微电子技术的不断革新,目前的技术水平为实现基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器调节控制打下坚实的基础,提供扎实的理论依据[1]。

本次设计主要以基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器控制系统设计应用作为研究背景,首先对直流电机四象限运行控制系统工作原理进行分析,并对直流电机回馈制动原理及回馈制动过程中绕组电流的状态进行数学推导。建立直流电机和电压型PWM整流器的数学模型,为控制策略的制定提供理论基础运用MATLAB仿真工具搭建相应的仿真模型。该模型利用MATLAB软件中的模块库,建立了基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器在电力系统应用中的系统仿真模型,通过 Matlab仿真软件搭建仿真模型,运行仿真,并对基于直流电动机四象限运行控制变流器的仿真结果进行了分析。经过对控制系统进行仿真,可以明显的看出,所提理论及控制策略的正确性和可行性。

Abstract

Energy saving and efficiency is the theme of industrial economic development, motor is the main power source in all walks of life, DC motor with its simple control, high efficiency, large power density and other advantages stand out. Four quadrant operation control converter based on DC motor is widely used, such as electronic equipment, motor control, industrial and other industries, will be used in four quadrant operation control converter system or tools based on DC motor. Four quadrant operation control converters of DC motor with higher efficiency and accuracy are always the focus of research. In our daily life, the four quadrant operation control converter based on dc motor can be seen everywhere, because it is compared with other control methods, operation stable and the advantages of high control precision, the most important four quadrant operation is based on the dc motor control in improving the net side current of the converter and the four quadrant motion has great advantage. With the continuous innovation of automatic control technology and microelectronics technology, the current technical level lays a solid foundation and provides a solid theoretical basis for the realization of dc motor four-quadrant operation control converter regulation control.

This design is based on the dc motor four quadrant operation control converter control system design and application as the research background, first of all, the working principle of the dc motor four quadrant operation control system is analyzed, and the dc motor feedback braking principle and the state of winding current in the process of feedback braking mathematical derivation. The mathematical model of DC motor and voltage type PWM rectifier is established to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of control strategy. The corresponding simulation model is built by using MATLAB simulation tools. In this model, the module library of MATLAB software is used to establish the system simulation model based on the DC motor four-quadrant operation control converter in the power system application. The simulation model is built by MATLAB simulation software, and the simulation results of the dc motor four-quadrant operation control converter are analyzed. Through the simulation of the control system, it is obvious that the proposed theory and control strategy are correct and feasible.
