1、含水率
The water content (WC) was obtained by measuring the weight loss after the sediments were dried at 70 °C for 72 h until a constant weight was attained. 通过测量沉积物在70°C下干燥72 h,直到达到恒定的重量后的重量损失,得到含水量(WC)[1]。
2、pH
将沉积物风干并过2mm的筛网(网眼大小没有特定标准),称取一定量的土样并用蒸馏水浸提(水:土 = 2.5ml∶1g)[2-3],用搅拌器搅拌1min使土粒充分分散,放置30min后用pH计测定pH值。

3、电导率Electric conductivity(EC)
使用电导率仪(DDSJ-308F,INESA,China)在沉积物:水 = 1g:5ml)条件下测量沉积物的电导率(EC)[4]。
