本文指导您如何安装SafeFLEXlminstaller.msi，运行licgen.exe生成并放置safe.lic文件，重启服务后正式安装软件，并通过本地服务器进行激活。

First, install SafeFLEXlmInstaller.msi

首先，安装SafeFLEXlminstaller.msi

Run the licgen.exe, and put the generated safe.lic file into "C:\Program Files\FlexServer\"
(or "C:\Program Files (x86)\FlexServer\" on Windows 64bit)
然后，运行licgen.exe 将生成的safe.lic 放在证书服务器这安装的目录。（win7要用权限，否则安不上)

Run C:\Program Files\FlexServer\BatchFiles\restartService.bat
重启服务

Now, install the program

现在，才正式安装软件。

When asked for a license, select "Connect to a floating license server"
Server Name: localhost
Select the license type you like

Click "Activate", "Finish"

本地服务器激活。

Note: You can re-run the licensing wizard if you wish to change the licensing type later.
Run the FME Licensing Wizard (from the Windows Start button, Programs, FME Desktop 2011,
Administrative Tools, FME Licensing Assistant)
