Learner League!!!

Recently, I have an idea to initiate a learner league which offers learners opportunities to communicate and learn one and another.
Not only techniques but experience can be shared there.Then many learners can benefit from it including colleague students.
As far as I know,although there are so many professional communities, still many things can't suit learners.

As a this year's graduate,I have found that colleage education is so failed that we have to save ourselves,we have to learn to activate,we have to be adult.  

Frankly speaking,I just participated in job, but what hurts me is that though our leader let an experienced engineer to teach me, he disliked giving me anything to do,only let me to read code by myself. What is worse,when my leader asked him what about my progress,he said " He has no experience, so he can help me do nothing!"

 Oh,my God!He is real shit.He really hurt my self-esteem.

From then on, I began to make my mind not to depend on him.As a bachelor,I completely have capability to grow.For the sake of faster advance,I want to estalib the learner league,by which, we can not only communicate with one and  another but learn others' experience.What is more important,we can leave our growing experiences to sequela,which cannot make them feel at sea .
