50年前，西藏农业在许多地方还是处于刀耕火种阶段，工业一片空白，交通靠的是人背畜驮。
50年后的今天，西藏经济已从单一的原始农业发展为现代工、农业及第三产业等并举的多元化经济结构。

对生产销售民族必需品的集体、个体工商企业免征工商税。农牧民个人和集体上市出售、
交换农牧副业和手工业产品，一律不收税。

Tibet economy and raise people's living.
