In the temporary contemporary society, it is a common phenomenon that for nearly every adults adult to be confronted with stress and responsible responsibility in work. Meanwhile, according to a survey, a majority of people admit they need personal interests to adjust life.
Then, how to balance job responsibility and personal interests? First of all, as a young teenage man , I deem that if we want to (intend to) have enough arrivale available adequate spare time to cuculate cultivate our interests. for developing personal interests, it is advisable for us to enhance (improve/promote) work enficientce efficiency first.
