elastix环境变量设置

报错信息如下:

RuntimeError: Could not find Elastix executable. Download Elastix from http://elastix.isi.uu.nl/. Pyelastix looks for the exe in a series of common locations. Set ELASTIX_PATH if necessary.

解决步骤如下:

(1)下载elastix包

 (2) 右键单击"此电脑",选择"属性".

 (3) 点击高级系统设置

 (4) 将elastix.exe所在的文件夹路径添加到path

(5)测试是否安装成功

 

 

 说明安装成功了！
