RuntimeError: The Session graph is empty. Add operations to the graph before calling run().

在Winsdows下anaconda3中创建了python35的虚拟环境并安装了tensorflow2.0.0版本，配置如下：

conda create --name python35 python=3.5
activate python35
pip install --upgrade --ignore-installed tensorflow

在测试tensorflow时，多次调试，将sess = tf.Session()改为sess = tf.compat.v1.Session()，仍然出现RuntimeError: The Session graph is empty. Add operations to the graph before calling run().错误
所以只能采取其他措施：

pip uninstall tensorflow
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple tensorflow==1.5.0

安装成功后，再进行tensorflow测试，但是又出现警告FutureWarning: Passing (type, 1) or ‘1type’ as a synonym of type is deprecated; in a future version of numpy, it will be understood as (type, (1,)) / ‘(1,)type’. _np_qint8 = np.dtype([(“qint8”, np.int8, 1)])
解决方法:np.dtype([(“quint8”, np.int8, 1)])修改为np.dtype([(“quint8”, np.int8, (1,))]),OK.
