Enables the export of information in NetFlow cache entries.

• The template keyword specifies that the timeout-rate keyword applies to the template.
  
• The timeout-rate minuteskeyword-argument pair specifies the time elapsed before the templates are re-sent. You can specify from 1 to 3600 minutes. The default is 30.

Specifies flow cache timeout parameters.

• The active keyword specifies the active flow timeout.
  
• The minutes argument specifies the number of minutes that an active flow remains in the cache before the flow times out. The range is from 1 to 60. The default is 30.
