配置命令： ospf的router config模式下，timers throttle spf <1> <2> <3>

第一个数值表示第一次拓扑计算需要等待的延迟，之后至少等待数值2的时间后，才会进行第二次拓扑计算。如果在等待时间内拓扑进行频繁变更，那么每个下一次的spf计算等待的延迟时间会翻倍。但这个数值增长最大不能超过第三个数值。这些数值保证了网络频繁变更时不会进行频繁的spf计算，保护了CPU资源。
