Ubuntu下Firefox无法打开localhost:5560/isqlplus解决办法

错误信息

 浏览器打开网址得到如下错误提示：

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:1158.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

解决办法

这是因为缺少这个打开isqlplus的语句：

isqlplusctl start

接下来

 sqlplus / as sysdba #以系统管理员(sysdba)的身份连接数据库；


 startup

即可访问网址

http://localhost:5560/isqlplus/

相似地，如果无法打开http://localhost:1158/em/，是因为没有输入过如下语句：

emctl start dbconsole #打开1105 /em
