Artificial intelligence’s self-evolution, cross-species recombination in synthetic biology, the unprecedented computational power of quantum computing, human–machine symbiosis through brain–machine interfaces, and the breakthroughs of space exploration—all these forces are reshaping the fundamental questions: What is human? What is civilization?

Traditional civilizational order was founded upon Anthropocentrism: the state as the core of order, law as the tool of governance, human rights as the benchmark of value. Yet in the Post-Human Era, this paradigm will be dismantled. Humanity will no longer stand as the sole subject; AI will become an inseparable civilizational member, alongside augmented humans, hybrid consciousness, and collective intelligence.

At this turning point, we urgently need a Charter of Civilization for the human-AI community and beyond. It is not merely a political document, but a philosophical declaration, establishing the future orientation of civilization at the level of wisdom.

1.2 The Mission of GG3M

The core vision of the GG3M Think Tank is: Wisdom must become the public infrastructure of civilization.
