本文解决了在SpringBoot 2.1.2.RELEASE环境下，由于MySQL 5.7服务器时区配置不当导致的JDBC连接异常问题。通过在数据源URL中添加serverTimezone参数并设置为UTC，成功避免了时区冲突。

环境：

Spring Boot 2.1.2.RELEASE

MySQL 5.7

### Cause: org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.] with root cause

com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. 解决方法：添加serverTimezone=UTC
