第1 (Applying Iteration to the ADM)是 ADM是循环叠代。如下图所示。
第2 (Applying the ADM Across the Architecture Landscape)是建议架构整景为三层:企业级、部门级和功能级,再附以时间和宽度进行拓展。

第4 (Stakeholder Management) 为利益相关者管理,按相关者影响力和兴趣度分为四类:
A- 低影响力和低兴趣度,管理力度为最小。
B- 低影响力但高兴趣度,管理以通告为主。
C- 高影响力但低兴趣度,管理以保证满意度为主。
D- 高影响力和高兴趣度,管理为主要参与者。
