容器+虚拟机双引擎,ZStack Edge云原生超融合打通业务最后一公里

企业数字化转型的焦点正在发生变化,云基础设施由资源到应用,数据中心从核心到边缘。面向云原生趋势,围绕应用升级,新一代超融合产品——云原生超融合应运而生。

云原生与边缘计算趋势催生云原生超融合

当前,企业客户对数字化转型的关注焦点正由“资源自动化管理”扩展到“应用自动化管理”围绕应用的交付、部署,容器技术在轻量、灵活、可移植和兼容性等方面是优于虚拟化的;同时根据CNCF基金会最新年度调查显示,全球44%的机构已经将容器应用于全部的业务场景,云原生正逐步成为企业加速数字化转型、实现高效创新的优先选择。

数字化转型的关键是通过新的技术手段为各行各业实现降本增效,数据价值的变现将成为转型中的关键环节,而数据往往产生在靠近业务生产侧的位置,例如电站、厂区、矿场、园区及分支机构等等,因此算力和资源靠近业务部署的分布式架构正在成为趋势-以解决网络时延、传输成本、数据安全等问题,存算本地化大大的加速了边缘计算的发展。

中小数据中心、分支机构和边缘计算等场景正在产生大量的云原生应用。然而,由于存算本地化的业务场景需求,在部署和运维过程中可能会遇到诸如资源紧缺、管理复杂、兼容性差、调试周期长、缺乏高可用以及运维门槛高等一系列难题,从而导致整体TCO较高。在云原生和边缘计算双重趋势的推动下,作为基础设施的超融合就进入到云原生超融合阶段。

超融合进入云原生超融合阶段

超融合经历了从存算融合到云基础设施阶段,正在进入到云原生超融合阶段,2023年被称为云原生超融合元年。超融合本质上是从计算与存储的简单融合向着全融合的方向进行发展,应用场景也正在从传统的虚拟化、私有云、虚拟桌面(VDI)等通用场景逐步扩展至混合云、云原生、边缘计算等场景。
