中文电子期刊的元搜索引擎

摘   要

本文首先介绍了元搜索引擎的特点和实现原理；并结合中文电子期刊的发展和应用现状，提出了应用中文期刊元搜索引擎的发展需要；文章最后建立了一个中文期刊元搜索引擎的设计模块，并对其系统结构和相关技术进行了论述。

Abstract

      We briefly introduce the situation of Chinese digital Periodical; the concept and performance principle of Meta-search Engine for Chinese digital Periodical ;And then analysis the importance of Meta-search Engine to Chinese Periodical construction .Finally we brings forward a design of Chinese digital Periodical Meta-search Engine as a conclusion,the relative techniques are also indicated in this paper .
