在配置测试系统文档转换时遇到LC_ALL变量始终为空的问题，尝试修改/etc/locale.conf并重启未见效。最终发现可以通过在/etc/profile中exportLC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8，并source该文件来正确设置LC_ALL为zh_CN.UTF-8，成功解决问题。

问题背景： 我在做测试系统文档转换成其他格式文档时，按照系统要求配置系统的编码格式为：utf-8  但是 尤其是设置：LC_ALL=Zh_CN.UTF- 8   但是 即使 我已经设置了 /etc/locale.conf内容如下：

  

并且source /etc/locale.conf 也试过重启仍是无效 

得到的locale :  LC_ALL=始终是空的

 直到某天 我发现还可以在 /etc/profile里 export LC ALL="zh CN.UTF-8"

然后 soure /etc/profile 之后 再locale 发现：

 

 这LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8不就有了嘛！！！  问题解决！

之所以要修改，是因为系统默认为英文，而我使用脚本安装软件，发现中文的提示全是框框乱码。 在华为工程师的帮助下，费了一天的时间，排查出问题所在。原来是因为位于/etc/profile.d/目录下的这个lang.sh优先度高于locale.conf，一旦系统重启，加载的lang.sh就把locale.conf的设置给覆盖掉了。 导致locale.conf的修改无效。 解决方案是修改lang.sh中的代码。(下图为修改之后的情况） 可以看到我划线部分改成的LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 而它默认是LANG=e
