如果打开方式不是 二进制格式,用 fread会只能读取文件的一部分就到尾,产生错误

如果到了文件尾fread(s,1,1,rp)返回值就不等于1,但是如果漏掉了任何一个fread()的判断,一旦它超过了文件尾,fread(s,1,1,rp)返回值永远等于1,所以就进入了死循环
