VSCode 配置文件头的snippet

VS Code 设置常用文件头版权、编辑时间、作者等信息的snippet

打开vscode，按快捷键ctrl+p，输入`>snippet`，选择 “Preference: config user snippets"，新建一个配置文件，按照下面格式去修改：

保存，新建一个python文件，输入 pythonheader，将会自动替换为下面的内容：

新建一个Test.cpp，输入cppheader，将会替换为下面的内容：
