scp命令报错Unable to negotiate with 192.168.1.200 port 22: no matching MAC found. Their offer: hmac-sha1 scp: Connection closed

因为 SCP（Secure Copy Protocol）依赖 SSH 协议，而目标服务器的 SSH 配置仅支持 hmac-sha1
这种较旧的消息认证码（MAC）算法，而你的本地系统可能默认不再支持这种较不安全的算法

解决方式

增加参数 -o MACs=hmac-sha1
原命令：scp xx.txt user@192.168.9.109:/tmp
新命令：scp -o MACs=hmac-sha1 xx.txt user@192.168.9.109:/tmp
