OK to use this capacitor for samples, I will double check with Jonathan if can be used for production, pls kindly wait.

We will try to buy some samples for ES/EP & our PP use, MP demand will wait for your further notice, for the excessive materials due to Engineering change, we will report you after sample confirmed.
For xxx each 10pcs samples, we target can complete today, and will send to you later in this afternoon or tomorrow morning, I will update you after arranged.

Yes, we had received and sent to Jonathan for review and testing. We will check with Jonathan if he got any comment. How about the comments on 230V control panels per attached? Thanks.

Thanks for your information! We will prepare for EP and send another each 20pcs samples to you once available before our CNY holidays. We will update you once done the samples.

Do you mean you want 35pcs TBB160 230V before our CNY holidays? We can arrange and the additional 15pcs TBB160 230V sample will support as FOC.
Below update sample delivery schedule for your reference (will send to your DG office with attention to LZ):

For 20pcs TBB175 230V, the tester not ready due to lack of the consigned Motor, would you help check and confirm when can send the motors to us?
We will udpate the schedule for this model after get the motors.

We will udpate you the MP materials in early of Feb.

Can we change the TBB160 sample order from 35 to 100 pcs for the controls.

For TBB160 230V, the original sample qty is 30pcs, and we have sent you 10pcs in early of Dec, this week we can arrange around 35pcs samples to you.
I am sorry we can’t arrange another sample build due to lack of materials, we target to arrange MP in Mar and still working on the materials, we will try pull in and update you the status after CNY.

For the samples, we will update you the delivery status and Qty later on tomorrow.

Regarding MP orders, we sent the samples for your evaluation and have process to purchase the materials after get your confirmation in Dec.

Since many of the electronic materials are with very long LT over 16~26wks, based on currently material status and manpower resources after CNY, we may only can arrange production from end of Apr or early of May with some of LLT materials process spot buy, and if you want to improve the schedule, then there will be more items need to process spot buy. We will provide the spot buy info. later after CNY.

Meanwhile, due to some of the tester, fixtures are share with those 4 models, we will produce it one by one. Please advise the priority for our better management.

We are now trying for pull in the items and check the alternative in parallel.

We will give you the update in Feb after resume to work. Please contact us in case any comments!

We need you to spot buy any and all components possible to get us into production as quickly as possible.
We will provide you with the priorities asap. Have a Happy New Year.

I have attached a list of components that are looking for your quick approval of our suggested alternatives. The reason of using alternatives is that some of the components were EOL and some of components have very long lead time and not found in spot buy market. Pls. approve as many alternatives as possible so it could help us to source the required components shortly and easier.
If possible, we would like to have your feedback today as we want to place orders to supplier next Monday before CNY holiday

Cannot use this relay (TRKM-D-12V-S-Z) on the TBB175 230V, only 10 amps. Also because agency was done with previous samples using 30A relay.

Understand. Could you approve the Hongfa HFKW 012-1ZW relay to replace Omron after the first built by spot buy? Pls. also approve other listed alternatives too because we want to place orders tomorrow.

The Hongfa HFKW 012-1ZW relay is approved. Also the LMBT3906LT1G, MMBT3906, MMBT3906(SOT-23), KSP4, T3035H-61 and TS-06V are approved.
We are also looking into the UPD78F9221xxxx and UPD78F9224MC-5A4-A compatibility with xxxx, EOL and stock issues.

24 How about the approval of the spot buy? Especially, the stock of EOL material may not valid in the spot market too long.

We still owe 750pcs of MPN: UPD78F922xxxxx to build your outstanding order of TBB145 230V. After approved the spot buy, we attempted to purchase it from the following Avnet link:

However, Avnet replied that they could not deliver the components to HK due to restricted area. We don't know why. Anyway, pls. kindly help to purchase it from you side thru the above spot buy link. Then you have to arrange the components ship to your place at first(not request to directly deliver to us). After received them, pls. ship them to me by courier with the invoice. Sorry to bother you but we really don't understand HK is restricted to ship this component by Avnet.

We have just been informed that our purchasing could use a third party agent to do the corresponding spot buy. Pls. don't take any action to do spot buy by yourself now. We may need your help in a later stage if this third party agent failed to buy this Renesas IC.
