371. Sum of Two Integers

Calculate the sum of two integers a and b, but you are not allowed to use the operator + and -.

Example:
Given a = 1 and b = 2, return 3.

求和，不能加不能减，那就只剩位运算了。

二进制加法就是异或，只不过加法要处理进位，直接异或是没有处理进位的相加的情况。

把两个数做与操作，得到的位当中如果是1，那表明在这个位上有进位，需要把进位补上去，那就变成了一个迭代的过程，

不断地做与操作和异或操作，直到与出来为0即进位处理完毕，那么异或值就是和。
