  It is a good adivice to identify those talent children , training them at an early age, so that they can make a well attribution to special area. But, at the same, we must think careful that what shold do and how should we do, to find them , to train them, to develop them.

  How can we find the special talent children, it is a boring quenstion that introuble the educators for several centuries. Some form of election of talent people were against by many excepter, for instance, in the time of Ming and Qing in China, the emper selected the talent people through writing a special form composition called BaGuWen. In recently, China use the exam studied from west country to select the talent children, but the destination was concort, for every children want to make a good grade in the exam, so they are ready for the exam very carefully and ingore the quality of themself. Though, this condition is changing now, we must pay attention to the form that selecting the talent children. We generally advise to use mutli-form to test chindren to choose the talent ones. We should consider it from the wholly , not just a aspect.

  What can we do if we had found the talent children? O, it is another boring questions to make the educators lose their thought.General speaking, there are two forms about it, training them together and training them dividing. It is have both advatange and disadvantage about these two forms. Training them together, we must find a new special school for them, it cost another money and enery. At mean time, they are too young to leave home , taking good care of them is another important thing we must pay attention. Training them dividing doesn't have these disadvantage. But it can't training them effect and the age of them is too young, so they may be isolation for other children.

 As a society, we cannot develop without the other supporting. So, we don't just pay more attention to the talent children that had been found. The normal children are the real source of our country. There are many examples about the normal children become the great one in the history river. For example, Edison who was called fool at his childtime,  Ablert Edinson was refused by the university at his youthtime, etc.

  To sum up, I agree the author's view fundmently. We should pay attention to the normal children when cost more energy to the talent one. Don't put too much pressure on the talent children, it is worse than we didn't training them.
