    Anyone can make things bigger and more complex. What require more effort and courage is to move in the opposite direction --  in other word, make things as simple as possible.

    The speaker assert that it is hard to make things as simple as possible. I don't quite agree with this view.Generaly speaking, in some condition, to some species thing, the speaker's view is right. Thus, eveything has two sides, we cannot ingore the opposite side, doing things as difficult as possible.

   The author's opinion has its species condition. Take the relationship between friendship as an example, when the relationship is in bifurate, what can we do to save the friendship? Most people who care about the friendship will think lots of things for all night, with sad, with joy , with indifferent , including different kinds of feeling. The next morning, they will be make a desicion. At this time, the author's view is more important, and take it easy, to clear all the feeling go with the wind, say you decision frankly, make things as simple as possible. At this condition, we all agree the author's view.

   On the other hand, should we make thing as simple as possible, when we meet an totely different things from the ahead example. Just like the computer security problem, we cannot image if the techique person make the sercurity configuration as simple as possible, or even ingore it, what will happen? Hacker go in and out completely free, and client's server can't respond as quickly as possible for the server machine is busy with the unuseless execution; the system clasp frequently, and so on. Or when we make a rule for something, if we make the rule too simple, what can I comply if something happened out of the rule.So we must consider more things about what will react when something unusual and usual things happened. We don't scared we want do more work to make the rule as complex as possible, even if some of the rules , not take deal to the important thing, just use once time. Better more rule than nothing. Not all people can make rules as complete as possible, they must have enough evidences to the surpport it.

  In fact, making things as simple as possible is based on making things as effect as possible. We must assure that the things can take a good effect and good valid, and then we can make the things as simple as possible to advance it. Simple things can be learned easy and take a important useful in the real work.

  To sum up, take things as easy if you can assured it make a good effect. We can absolutely say the author's view is wrong or right. It is antithesis just like the other things in the world. Life is an artful , you can classify it case-by-case with you eyes. Just remember that good things builds in the valid and effect things, or simple things sometimes.
