青海省乌兰县突发山洪21人遇难

新华网西宁8月21日电 20日傍晚，青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州乌兰县境内突发的暴雨、冰雹引发山洪，导致21人遇难。

据了解，20日19时左右，青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州乌兰县境内一采砂场施工人员正在晚餐，突发的暴雨、冰雹引发山洪，将20余名施工人员冲走。

乌兰县委证实，截至目前，已有21人遇难，7人受伤，3人失踪。乌兰县正在全力展开工作，搜救失踪人员。

据初步了解，事发地点位于海西州乌兰县与天峻县交界处，施工人员当时正在进行村级道路硬化施工。
