诺基亚标准：Does your Scrum team pass the Scrum test used at Nokia

诺基亚标准是诺基亚内部的一个简单测试问题列表，用于判断一个团队是否真的在使用Scrum。

问题如下：

PART 1: ARE YOU DOING ITERATIVE DEVELOPMENT?
你们是否在使用迭代测试（做Scrum的一个基础）

1.1 Iterations must be timeboxed to less than 4 weeks *
迭代周期必须是限制长度的且少于4周？

•Yes our iterations are 4 weeks or less
•No
1.2 Software features must be tested and working at the end of each iteration *
在每个迭代的末尾，软件功能必须被测试并能工作

•Yes our features are tested and working by the end of the iteration
•No
1.3 The Iteration must start before specification is complete *
产品需求规格说明书完成之前，迭代就已经开始了（一边开发一边完善）

•Yes we start the iteration before the specs are complete
•No

第二部分是是否在使用Scrum的一个判断

2.1 You know who the product owner is *
你知道谁是Product Owner

2.2 There is a product backlog prioritized by business value *
有一个按照客户价值排序的产品功能列表（很多人回答说“应该有吧……”关键你见过吗？呵呵）

2.3 The product backlog has estimates created by the team *
产品功能列表中有被开发团队自己估算的工作量

2.4 The team generates burndown charts and knows their velocity *
开发团队有一个BDC（燃烧图，灰烬图）在指示他们的开发速度

2.5 There are no project managers (or anyone else) disrupting the work of the team *
团队工作不会被项目经理或其他人强行干涉
