TR EAEU 048-2019《关于耗能设备能效要求的技术法规》推迟发行

TR EAEU 048/2019《关于耗能设备能效要求的技术法规》，生效日期将延迟三年至2025年9月1日。

The EEC Council, at the suggestion of the Russian side, decided to postpone the entry into force of the EAEU technical regulation "On requirements for the energy efficiency of energy-consuming devices" to September 1, 2025.

The decision was made as part of the implementation of the list of measures to increase the stability of the economies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, including ensuring macroeconomic stability, approved by Order of the Council of the Commission dated March 17, 2022 No. development and adoption of acts of the second level necessary for the implementation of technical regulations - a list of standards and labels for the energy efficiency of energy-consuming devices.

By the same decision of the EEC Council, the date of entry into force of the decision of the Council of the Commission establishing the forms of labels for energy-consuming devices of various types and the rules for their design was postponed to March 1, 2025. And also the deadline for the entry into force of certain requirements established in Annexes No. 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 13 and 14 to the technical regulations has been postponed for three years.

  ТР ЕАЭС 048/2019技术法规的附录规定了所指定产品的哪种类型受其影响，并针对每种产品提供了要求。几乎所有受管制的产品（服务器，计算机和灯具除外）都需要符合性声明。可以根据方案1d，2d，3d，4d和6d进行符合性声明。也建议采用方案1c，3c和4c用于合格认证。关于TR EAEU 048/2019范围的条款规定，功耗设备必须遵守所有包含其要求的技术法规的规定。
