Ideas from Software Process Training

Today I got a training on software process which is an essential part of software engineering. Actually, I study a lot on the subject.  However, I don’t have a clear insight about this topic. I don’ mean I don’t know the basic concepts about the software process, yet I don’t know how to make software process of mine. Because for a long time, I always think evenry programmer should build their own software process to cope with the problems or issues.
Also, today’s training didn’t give me the answer. However, I got serveral tips to intrigue my thinking on my work or even my daily life. I jot down the tips as follows.
First, the training refered to the topic on building software process of mine. Exactly, it is a good news for me. And from now on, I will try to build my own software process to help me to solve the programming issues, to help me to build more effective way for my work or even my life.
The second,  which said that we should change our life style, astonished me a lot.  Because of the conflicts between the reality and ideality of myself, I have been thinking how to solve the problems well. And I feel that I should change the ways of my life, my attribute, my thinking. After the training, I think I will keep moving.
The third, integrity, which means to the schedule integrity. I’d agree with.
The fourth, influence, that is, everybody should influnce others by there own behaviors and thinkings and talkings but not by the authority and the special rights. I think it is a good idea for me.
