ArcGIS 10.6.1安装程序点击没反应Windows Server2012

  问题描述： 操作系统：Windows Server2012 R2 ，ArcGIS（10.6.1 ）Server、DataStore和Portal点击安装程序Setup.exe后。没有任何反应？？？？？

  解决方案：打补丁+安装C++ 2017！！！
