【ArcGIS】安装ArcGISDesktop10.6报错A service pack is required on this oprating system.

今天替项目地安装ArcGISDesktop10.6，前段时间就反馈说点了没反应，不以为意，最后还是不行让我来给远程搞下。
登进去看了，操作系统windows2008r2，.net没开，开开发现是3.5，查了下10.6需要.net4.5.下载离线版4.5装了后，重启。发现点了还是没反应，点开文件夹里的安装，报错如截图A service pack is required on this oprating system。
经查询arcgis官网对10.6的要求系统要求如下：

同样我们在微软官网也可以看到.net4.5对系统要求也是windowsServer2008R2SP1

看了下系统windowsserver2008R2没有sp1，看下已经装了的服务器，有sp1，所以升级sp1即可
