9820平均电流大

因为userdebug版本把modem log 打开，造成平均电流很大。实际user版本电流就正常。

device\sprd\scx35l\sp9820a_c110\slog_modem_userdebug.conf

stream cp_5mode on 0 5 

off后，电流下来。
