pom:1.0.14 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Connect to repo.maven.apache.org:443 [repo.maven.apache.org/151.101.108.215] failed: Connection timed out: connect

Maven 在尝试连接中央 Maven 仓库时遇到了网络问题。

但是我手动打开网站正常：https://repo.maven.apache.org

不知道什么问题，但是肯定有问题！

所以要修改为国内源

路径文件夹默认（用户名不一样的要替换）是：C:\Users\Administrator\.m2

的settings.xml文件，有的话就修改，阿里云源

</mirrors>

或者清华源

没有就新建settings.xml文件
