Git报错Another git process seems to be running in this repository解决方法

想要add或commit文件时突然遇到这样的报错：

Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g.

an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processes
are terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process
may have crashed in this repository earlier:
remove the file manually to continue.

比较简单粗暴的解决方法是，进入隐藏的.git目录下，删除index文件，然后重新git add -A文件或者reset版本。
