This is my first job

This is my first job, so I care about it a lot. During the first year of my career, I will apply the theories I learned from books to my daily work. At the same time, I will spend more time learning more state-of-the-art technologies in order to improve myself in testing work, studying how to communicate with my colleagues and learning from them. I think, through my endeavor in the coming year, I will do a good job.
Then, during the second year of my career, I think I’ll have got some experience in testing, but certainly, I will still study more. Besides, I would like to learn something in making testing plans and other things like how to manage a software testing work. In my opinion, in the next two years, I will become a good tester.
